Hi, So I bought something from a vendor. I did not get my product, it's been at least an hour now. I've left a note with the owner but I doubt they'll respond seeing as how they get a lot of complaints of people not getting their items anymore. Can I contact LL or something to get my money back for something I never got (and probably never will)? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
